Teenage Cool Kids - Queer Salutions

lo-fi, suitably messy indie rock with some built to spill type slacker rock influence tossed in there.
It's generally quite good, especially when it's all laid back and slowed down- those melodies just roll out and stick onto your lap. I mean, it's catchy, but not sugar poppish.
The only thing is that some songs are a bit... well, it's a youngish band/early CD, they probably need to find a more defined sound, cause sometimes they're a bit like any other above average indie rock band with a love of Built To Spill.
Which is still a fun thing to be, but they could be so much more than that, trust me.
